Friends have affirmed White Rose Farm as a place for people to develop a right relationship with the land, the natural world and each other. Produce grown out of such a relationship carries healing energy, as do all gatherings.  And so we continue...and we invite you to join us!
A TIME TO BE: A Woman's Retreat:  Our next retreat will be Saturday, January 27 from 10:30 to 3:30 p.m. We gather as the seasons change to honor the rhythms of nature and the rhythms of our lives. Cost? $25 or $15 for first-timers. Click here to register.

FULL MOON: super moon, blue moon, lunar eclipse: Wednesday, January 31.We invite you to join us for a potluck and bonfire starting at 6:00 p.m. at the farmhouse. We will build a bonfire and prepare a site for a teepee.

MID-WINTER GATHERING: On February 3, starting at 3:00 p.m. we will gather to honor the halfway point between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox, time celebrated as  Groundhog's Day, Candlemas, St. Brigid's Day or Imbolc. We plan  to frame a teepee, sharpen and oil tools and prepare for new plants, animals and people. The event will include a bonfire and a potluck. Bring your own gloves. Wear warm clothes. Plan to work!  The event is free and open to all. Donations will be gratefully accepted. RSVP.

GLOBAL SISTERHOOD GATHERING: Our next gathering will be on Thursday, February 15 from 7 to 9:00 p.m. at the Retreat House, 4234 Ruggles Road. Renee Deiaco will lead the program with the theme: Inspired Vision: I serve the world with love and wisdom.  The event is free. We will collect donations to support women refugees. RSVP.

A CALL TO OUR BROTHERS! One of our Board members suggested that we consider hosting programs for men in the upcoming season. We invite you to become involved in our planning process. Please let us know if you are interested!

COME FOR RETREAT! We invite you to gather your heart in the quiet space of the farm. As our exterior landscapes become ever more challenging, finding and making space to explore our interior landscapes is more essential. The Retreat House at the farm offers a nurturing space for an overnight retreat.  We are offering lower rates on weekdays to accommodate artists and writers and those on a more limited budget.

Nurturing the seeds of community with each other and with the land.

Quiet time is starting....

Hazel is back! She is pregnant and due midwinter. Our thanks to Leah Mack, at whose farm Hazel and Daisy spent the summer with a virile bull.  Now we want to find Daisy, a pure-bred Jersey, a new home. She is pregnant and due mid-spring. Interested? Please contact me. Thanks. Sally
