Drum Circle to Honor the Ancestors Saturday, November 3

White Rose Farm Circle is sponsoring its last seasonal event of the year: 

A Drum Circle to Honor the Ancestors on Saturday, November 3, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Jaqui MacMillan of Drum for Joy! will facilitate a drum circle to remember loved ones--people and pets. She has been teaching private lessons, leading workshops and drum circles for over 20 years.

The evening will start at 6:00 p.m. with a potluck for circle members(30-trial memberships are available for $5.) Then we will decorate a temporary community altar with photos, flowers, food, mementos, etc. Drumming will start at 7:30 p.m.  Children 12 and over are welcome. This event has been deeply meaningful to participants in years past. It  promises to offer that experience again.

Please note: The weather report is calling for lows in the 40's. Dress warm; bring blankets and wear comfortable shoes or boots--the ground may be very wet.

Hazel is back! She is pregnant and due midwinter. Our thanks to Leah Mack, at whose farm Hazel and Daisy spent the summer with a virile bull.  Now we want to find Daisy, a pure-bred Jersey, a new home. She is pregnant and due mid-spring. Interested? Please contact me. Thanks. Sally
