We raise small groups of local hogs in open fields where they root in the dirt, bathe in the sun, and enjoy crops grown for them. Because they are raised in a natural environment, their meat is both tasty and tender. We also use a local USDA-certified butcher, Charles Nell, in Littlestown, a family-owned business with three generations working together.

Shoulder Roasts, including boston butts (roughly 3-4 pound roasts)

Take advantage of our prepackaged specials! We make up small and large mixed packages and have them available for ready purchase. We sell these packages for 4.50/pound and will add cuts to packages (excluding bacon or loin roasts) at the same per pound price as package.
Our small mixed package (approx 8 lbs.)is designed for singles or couples who want to enjoy a variety of pork cuts. The package includes a ham steak, 2 pork chops, 1 lb. rope sausage, 1 lb. loose sausage and 1 small loin roast .
Our large mixed package (approx 16 lbs.) Is designed for families and includes 1 ham slice, 8 pork chops, 2 lbs. rope sausage, 2 lbs. loose sausage and one small roast .

Order half a hog and have it custom butchered!
We can sell half a hog live weight at $1.50/pound (usually about 100 pounds) and then our butcher will custom butcher it for you. He generally charges about $100. half a hog. Let us know of your interest and we can reserve a half for you.

We can bring it to the Antque Mall Farmer's Market in Westminster (Route 27 and Hahn Road) on Tuesday evenings from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. or to the Catonsville Sunday on Sundays from 11:00 to 3:00 p.m. at 730 Frederick Road or we can have it ready for pick up at our farm stand on Sundays at the farm from 4:00 to 7:30 p.m. or at another time we agree on.
