I/we will receive an assortment of vegetables, herbs and flowers produced and chosen by White Rose Farm valued at $25.00 for 10 weeks during the second half of the 2008 garden season.

The subscription will begin on August 22 and end on October 24.  I will arrange for a friend to pick up my share or understand that my share will given to a hungry family. No refunds will be given for unused portions of shares.
