Vegetables: ($25/small tub; $35/large tub) We grow a wide variety of vegetables, with a focus especially on food that promotes healing: leafy greens and root crops. Vegetables that have been planted include: arugula, beans, beets, broccoli, carrots, chard, cucumbers, eggplant, kohlrabi, lettuces, melons, okra, onions, parsnips, peas, peppers, potatoes, salsify, spinach, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, tomatillos and turnips.
