FULL MOON EVENTS 2008:

The farm hosts full moon events to honor the Earth and her rhythms, and to help us connect to the Earth, each other and the universe. This year, the farm will open at 4:00 p.m. on the day of the full moon event. We will share a meal together, and then have a more structured celebration after dinner. Bring a musical instrument, and a free-will offering, if you choose.

On Saturday, December 13, Rev. Jo Grossheim will lead a time of reflection. She is known as “Pastor Jo”, at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Taneytown, where she leads the lay ministry program. An ordained minister, she was trained at Sancta Sophia Seminary in Oklahoma where she participated in new and full moon ceremonies.

The farm will open at 4:00 p.m. for those who want to come early, take a walk and enjoy an country experience.Bring food to share, musical instruments and a free will offering, if you choose. The farm will sell its own vegetables, pork and chicken.
