Sage and Thyme Rub
1/4 cup dried sage
2 Tbsp. dried thyme
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
2 Tbsp. coarse sald
1 tbsp. Freshly ground black pepper
4 cloves garlic
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Store any extra in an air-tight container.
